I am a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to providing unwavering support and guidance to individuals of all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being. My warm and empathetic nature forms the cornerstone of my practice, allowing me to establish genuine connections with my clients and foster an environment where they feel heard, understood, and valued. Extensively trained in treating a range of mental health disorders across therapeutic modalities including; CBT, ACT, DBT, and Interpersonal and Schema therapy. I have a special interest in working clinically with anxiety disorders, specifically Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I also have an emerging interest in working with trauma within an attachment model. My approach to psychology is deeply rooted in a belief that every individual is unique and deserves a tailored and individualised path to growth and recovery. I firmly adhere to the principle that a one-size-fits-all approach does not apply to the complex and diverse spectrum of human experiences. As such, I take the time to truly understand each person's background, challenges, and aspirations, enabling me to adopt an approach that is meaningful, relevant, and effective.
