🌻 Spreading dignity this Christmas!
On Friday the 21st of November, Rae of Sunshine proudly donated 15 bags to Share the Dignity’s It’s in the Bag Christmas drive. 💗🎄
This incredible initiative supports women, teens and new mums experiencing hardship by providing essential items and a little extra kindness during the festive season.
Here’s how the drive works and how you can help:
🎒 From 14–30 November 2025, filled bags can be dropped at any Bunnings store Australia‑wide.
Bags can be handbags, tote bags, backpacks, as long as they're in great condition or new.
You can choose to pack:
Adult bags (with period products, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush & paste, deodorant, body wash)
Teen bags — please tag with a yellow ribbon
Mum & Bub bags — please tag with a purple ribbon; include maternity period products, baby wipes, nappies, baby soap, dummy, and more.
Optional but powerful: include a hand‑written note or small “extra special” items — it makes a huge difference.
No used or open items — everything must be new and sealed.
Not sure you can drop off a bag? You can sponsor a bag online and Share the Dignity will pack and deliver it for you
You could also host a packing party with friends, family, or colleagues to make it a collective effort.
Once collected, volunteers carefully check every bag before giving them to their 3,000+ charity partners.
Your donation will bring dignity, support, and hope to women and girls spending Christmas in shelters or refuges.
