I’ve been feeling run down lately and I always look to what I’m holding in the body.
How’s my stress? How’s my rest?
What have I taken on that’s not ‘mine’?
What would it take for me to release it?
Have I been giving myself enough ‘downtime’?
What’s my top priority of self care?
Are my actions coming from the right intention?
Where do I place my focus to embody how I want to feel rather than remaining stuck where I’m at?
Ahhh the joys of life, the ups and downs of emotions, and the glorious constant evolution of how we work with the totality of the body-mind.
