The “Hobbit Hole”

The third design has arrived and we are very happy with the quality that has been produced.
Using an already water resistant material we added a secondary waterproofing to the base and roof.
The design is a two part build as approximately 500mm is below the ground surface (not level).

The total height inside is 1.65 meters to the pitch. The outside height is 1.25 meters.

Please note the pictures are of the prototype. There are minor changes to the sold items with better quality finishes to paint, windows and grass roof.

May I introduce……. Drum role please….

“Snowy River”

This is our first design put into production. A feel of having your own home. Based on a small hut back in the 1800’s.
You didn’t need much to enjoy life back then and you don’t need much now.
Everything was as you made it, or in our children’s lives….. it’s what you make it 😉

It is now officially open!!!!

Cubby cubes are available for purchase just in time for Christmas.

The most durable cubby you will find anywhere. Made of a 17mm ply structure that will handle the elements for years to come. You can pick between 4 roof colours and 8 internal/ external wall colours ( note the internal wall and external wall colour is the same colour).
The carpet is a marine grade carpet with a rubber base substrate and can be removed if required to be cleaned with the backyard hose.
The base size is 2m x 1.2m x 1.8m high.
The overall roof space is 2.4 x (1.6m approx).
The approximate weight is 190kg and won’t fly away too soon.
If you haven’t heard enough, here is the best part!! It comes assembled and delivered to where you want it. ( free delivery within 30 mins of factory in Rutherford on Kyle Street).

After researching the top 13 cubbies on the market and being blown away by the $2000 price tag, we are glad to say our cubby is priced at $1340 including GST. (Painting is included in the price).
