Over the next few months, she’ll be running a series of Tension Relief Workshops at The Hive Holistic Health Centre here in Sale.

These sessions are designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and feel more relaxed, all in a welcoming, supportive environment.

So excited to have Sista of Soul back again hosting their Holistic Childbirth Education Classes here at The Hive.

These sessions are led by two incredible midwives who are deeply passionate about empowering couples in our region. Their wisdom and knowledge are shared with so much fun, love and heart. Fi and Tracey create a space where couples feel informed, supported and confident as they prepare for birth.
