Who has pony club or teen riders?
Want tolearn some simple mindset techniques to always ride your best?
I was asked by Southport PC to run zoom mindset sessions for riders heading to States at the end of June and have opened it up to all young riders who ride.
Parents are highly encouraged to join them (free) so you can support your riders with the same simple techniques we will cover to have riders be their best on any day.
I wish I was taught these skills when I was young, now it's time to make it available for future generations.
Here's to keeping it FUN!!

I really do pinch myself sometimes to check i am not dreaming. I grew up dreaming about one day having my own horse and here I am with my daughter riding the trails.
This life wasn't a given, it didnt just happen, and for every shift from my comfort zone, for every heart ache and upset on the way, from the blood sweat and tears.... days like today leave me with no doubt it was all worth it !!!
