Each morning, take a moment to walk between: between doing too much and not enough, between striving and resting.

Gently press Liver 2 – Xingjian, on the top of your foot, and feel the fire within Wood — a spark for movement, clarity, and grace.

Spring reminds us that balance isn’t about choosing sides, it’s about learning to walk gracefully in between.

Between rest and action, doing and being, heart and mind.

This season, I’m reflecting on the Liver 2 point, Xingjian, “Walk Between” - the Fire within Wood that fuels our growth without burning it out.

🚪Triple Heater 5 - Wai Guan - Outer Frontier Gate

There’s a gate on the back of the wrist
a threshold between the inner and outer worlds.

The gate that regulates what flows in and out of our being.
It helps us find rhythm in communication, openness, and boundaries.

Clearing emotional stagnation and fear so that change can happen.

It helps us expressing our true self while safely extending into the world.

It strengthen our boundaries so that we can engage in appropriate relationships.

When open and balanced, this gate allows genuine communication: we can reach out, receive nourishment, and stay attuned to the world without losing ourselves.

When closed, we feel cut off, shy or unseen. Our relationships remain superficial.

When too open, we become too talkative, focused outside to avoid intimacy.

Sometimes, it flickers, opening and closing unpredictably and we experience mood swings as our minds responds to fears and desires.

✨This point reminds us that connection requires a balance rhythm of opening and closing, listening and expressing, appropriately to the situation.
Used in treatment, TH-5 helps restore that rhythm.

🎋Clearing the Path Forward ✨

Have you ever felt paralysed by indecision? 😰

According to Chinese medicine, this “stuck” feeling is more than just a mental state, it can reflect a blockage in one of the body’s energy pathways, the Gallbladder channel.

When its energy is flowing, decisions come with ease, and our vision feels sharp and alive.

When it’s blocked, we can feel clouded, stuck, or uncertain about our next step.

This week, I’ve shared a simple Qigong practice - the Channel Dredging Form - and a beautiful acupoint, GB37 “Bright and Clear”, to help release tension and reconnect with your inner direction.

🌿 Rosemary essential oil on this point can clarify vision, ease frustration, and calm stress.

🙌If you’d like support clearing what clouds your vision and reconnecting with your inner direction, a personalized kinesiology session can help you release stuck energy and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Sessions are available both in person and online.

Last week, as I held a shark egg in my hands, I was also immersed in working with the Yang Qiao Mai - one of the extraordinary vessels running along the lateral line of the body.

🦈 Peter Shea describes it as carrying the energy of the predator - alert, attuned, able to change direction at a moment’s notice. Like sharks, whose lateral lines are filled with vibratory sensors, we too can awaken this capacity within ourselves.

This subtle conduction of vibration is an ancient form of listening that connects us to life all around us.

This awareness is without fear. It teaches us to to move with change, respond to environment, and trust our place in the great field of nature.

What might shift if you allowed your body to sense in this way?

Book a session and explore how your body can move with change- without fear.

💫Images move Qi

From the very beginning of life, we carry a natural receptivity to the elements and their archetypes.

🌊🔥⛰️Think of the way a lake can calm you, a flame can inspire you, a mountain can steady you, or a forest can restore you. These aren’t just poetic associations — they’re real energetic shifts.

In kinesiology and coaching, I draw on these elemental patterns to help you reconnect with what moves you. When you align with the images and archetypes that resonate most deeply, Qi begins to flow more freely, and you step forward with clarity and balance – both personally and professionally.

🐲Spring energy can feel a bit like riding a dragon - sometimes a surge of growth energy, sometimes a retreat into stillness, much like sunny days giving way to rain.

🐉 In Chinese medicine this energy is connected to the Hun, the day dreamer within you, the part that imagines, hopes and sees a future worth moving toward.

But when Wood energy gets stuck, vision can turn into frustration, or hope into heaviness. The flow we long for feels blocked.

💌 I’ve written more about this in my latest blog, including two simple acupressure points to work with this tricky energy.

I took the last part of winter a little quieter here - resting, going inward and letting myself listen more deeply.

Now spring has arrived 🌱the season of growth and vision. Just like the dragon rising from the page, this energy calls us to create, to stretch forward, and to dream into what’s next.

If you’re curious about your own energy this season, my 5 Elements Quiz is a beautiful place to start.

✨ New in clinic – working with the Luo Channels ✨

I’ve just returned from an incredible immersion with Ann Cecil-Sterman, who transmits the frequency of these extraordinary channels with such clarity that you leave ready to work on a deeper level.

🩸The Luo Channels hold the imprints of unresolved emotions. By gently releasing them, we can free the body and spirit from what’s been carried for too long.

In clinic, I now offer a way to work with the Luos without needles - using intention and specific essential oils. This approach can be experienced in person or online, just as Ann herself treats patients remotely.

📖 I’ve written a blog post with more on this work, the deeper purpose behind it, and how it’s changing my practice.

✨ Something new is taking shape…

In November, I’ll be co-facilitating a workshop in Italy with two beautiful colleagues, Sabrina Cantono and Carlo Intiso, a project close to my heart.

It’s called TrisKélion – Beyond the Form:
a 3-day immersive experience that invites you to pause, reconnect, and realign with who you are beneath the roles, the noise, the doing.

At the moment, it will be in Italian, but this work is alive in me, and I know it will flow through in future offerings in Australia, when the time is right.

I’ll share a few glimpses here, not to mix paths, but because I know many of you are also feeling the call to deeper clarity and presence.

🌱Work in progress. More soon.

Just like a wetland absorbs, filters and releases water at the right pace, your kidneys hold the wisdom of rhythm and reserve.

They don’t rush. They respond.

And when they are overwhelmed, your whole system feels it.

Take a moment to check in with your own flow today.
Are you holding too much?
Or giving too much away?

Kinesiology and Wellness Consulting

Hello, I am a fully qualified and experienced Kinesiology Practitioner and I have been practicing since 2012. My background in science (PhD in animal behaviour and livestock welfare) and my studies in healing and meditation are brought together in the way I practice the healing art of Kinesiology. My focus is on helping people to heal themselves and to express their full potential.

As a Kinesiologist I work with individuals who are experiencing physical, emotional or mental stress to identify, manage and balance the underlying causes. Many of the stressors that have contributed to a condition of imbalance are considered and investigated, in order to clear physical and energetic blocks that interfere with the free flow of energy and with an optimal state of health. I use an array of correction procedures (such as acupressure points, the vibrational use of essential oils, flower essences, tuning forks, spinal reflexes, neuro-lymphatic reflex points and neuro-vascular holding points) that will gently balance the body and mind.

Combining the wisdom and knowledge of the Eastern and Western healing sciences, I work holistically on each person, finding their own individual way to balance the body and promote healing on all levels.
