Evening doggie lovers look at beautiful 15year old Meg. Still very active and healthy for her age! Meg has been on my natural flea tick and worming for many years and now needs some support for some general stiffness in her joints. There are many herbs that are helpful for arthritis depending on how it affects each dog. Some of the herbs I've included in Megs mix are Decils claw, Boswellia, Celery, Rosehips and Willow bark. All of these will reduce pain amd inflammation; help reduce uric acid around the joint and support immunity and circulation associated with arthritic issues.
Meg is such a sweet girl and hopefully will continue on for some time to come!!

Afternoon doggie lovers look at this gorgeous 5 year old girl named Luna!! Sadly a year ago she lost her best doggie friend named Sally. Since then she has had a number of health issues mostly related to her gut health. I could see that she is still quite depressed even though her owner has worked hard to make sure she is not left on her own. Luna has had some bouts of pancreatitis, reflux along with lethargy and random skin sores or rashes. So I am putting her on a liver/gut herbal regime to help rebalance her digestion as well as some support for her adrenals and nervous system, given the grief and depression she has been going through.
I'm looking forward to seeing how she responds over the coming weeks.
She is a super sweet and sensitive girl!!!

Afternoon doggie lovers it's been about 6 weeks since I met this gorgeous boy! Murphy had some ongoing skin issues including sores that were coking up all over his body. As well as taking him away from processed foods and treats I made some herbs up for him to target liver, gut and immune systems along with high strength fish oil to reduce the inflammation and a strong herbal bacterial wash to topically attack the sores.
Six weeks on, he has improved greatly with significant skin improvement and reduction of itching.
He is also going to start on some of my natural flea tick and worming products.
Well done Murphy!!!

Our Story

Does your dog suffer from some type of CHRONIC health problem? Skin issues, recurring infections, joint pain, digestive disturbances, stress and anxiety and ear infections are just some of the very common issues we deal with regularly. For many dog owners there is growing frustration at the conventional approach to treating these diseases and issues. The most common concerns we hear from clients is that they are sick and tired of taking their dog back and forth to vets, spending large amounts of money and being prescribed the same drugs over and over. This approach, while useful for treating acute and life threatening issues, does not address these more chronic health issues that are caused by imbalances in your dog’s body.

This is where a more natural and holistic approach can be highly beneficial, as it uses natural diets, supplements and treatments that are aimed at bringing the body gently back into balance, detoxing and healing where needed. At Canine Vitality we are Naturopathic health advisors for caring and compassionate dog owners who want their pets to enjoy the same quality of life as they do. Our work seeks to identify the root or underlying causes of your dog’s health issue and then work to correct this naturally. We understand that individual dogs have specific needs and that when these needs are met, they will live a long, happy, healthy and vital life.

Our animal Naturopath, Lyndall Pinchen has qualifications in both human and animal Naturopathy and has been in the Natural medicine industry for the last 30 years.
