October — what a month 🌿

Both in business and personally, it’s been a big one!

There were out-of-the-studio adventures, fresh challenges, and new beginnings at my North Adelaide business — taking over from the previous owner has brought a whole new energy. I’ve been putting my mindset tools and experience into action and learning so much more along the way. Universe, can I get a coffee break? 🤣

🌱 Steph McInnes Nutrition Wellness Retreats — We hit the road to Normanville to provide massage therapy to the loveliest group of ladies. Can’t wait to do it all again in March 2026!

🌱 Southern District Stingrays— Spot our logo on their sleeves this season! Proud to be a sponsor for 2025-2026 and to support women’s sport locally.

🌱 13 Years Together (1 and a bit yrs married)— My husband greeted me with flowers at the train station and we celebrated with yiros because honestly, what’s more romantic than that? (Also hi to the client who saw me in the yiros shop 🤣)

🌱 Holly LittleFleurieu Women in Biz Meetup — Loved catching up with Shannon and Bec from Everyday Socials, who I’m so grateful to be collaborating with for the North Adelaide spa.

🌱 Beach Walk & Smoothies — Kicked off the month connecting with a beautiful networking group — thanks Naomi, and thanks hubby for paying for everyone’s smoothies 😂

🌱 Music for the Soul — Received (and blasted) my vinyl in the post from my favourite DJ (therapy for my soul!) and I’m taking a few days in November to recharge and see him live again.

🌱Jogging consistently at least 3 times a week and mastering the art of not burning out for my clients while maintaining my own physical health.

🌱 Power Outage Fun — When the lights went out, we grabbed Pictionary instead — a good reminder that connection beats scrolling every time. Gabor Racz-Balog

🌱My mumma booked her flights and is coming over for Easter for a much needed catch up 😌
