Personal Choice Home Support (PCHS) offers NDIS clients an independent and individual support option which focuses on the clients personal choices. I have worked in this industry for over 6 years and enjoy assisting people to maintain their independence and dignity. I offer a free meet and greet as I feel you need to feel comfortable with the person who is to come into your home and assist you. Please feel free to call me on 0406 185 049

PCHS can assist clients with:
- Personal care requirements
- Activities of daily living
- Medication administration
- Assist with community outings & appointments

All services are tailored to the clients individual needs. Qualification and certifications:

- Individual Support (Disability, Home & Community)
- Medication Administration (up-dated 2025)
- First Aid & CPR (Due in 2027 & CPR up-dated 2025)
- Manual Handling
- Enteral Feeding Training
- NDIS Worker Screening and Worker Orientation Module
- Covid-19 Infection Control Trained
- Police Clearances and WWCC
