B E H I N D T H E S C E N E S

I'm often asked about my creative process, and the truth is, I usually come up with ideas just days before an event. Then I hold my breath and hope everything comes together smoothly, often changing the plan on the day.

In all seriousness though, there's a lot of behind-the-scenes planning that goes into my work.
Late nights, early mornings with the kids, and a shorter fuse with my kids as I try to fit so much into a day - it can be overwhelming at times. Especially when I feel like I'm missing out on quality time with my kids.

But then I remind myself of why I do what I do.

I'm grateful for the flexibility to work around my family's schedule, to involve my kids in my business, and to create products and sessions that bring joy to others.

It's not always easy, but it's worth it to be able to pursue my passion and make memories with my loved ones - even if that means a semi-permanent pile of laundry.
