There comes a point where you realise…
you’ve been carrying things that were never yours to hold.

The anxiety.
The people-pleasing.
The patterns that keep repeating…

They didn’t start with you.
But they can end with you.

This journey goes deep.
With powerful chord-cutting, shamanic, tribal elements, and 9D breathwork guiding you through release, not just mentally, but through the body.

This is where you let go.
This is where you come back to yourself.

The cycle doesn’t have to continue.

I sent out my newsletter last night 🤍
and I spoke a little bit about breath holds and why they’re part of 9D sessions…
It’s something that can feel really uncomfortable in the moment, but it’s also where a lot can start to shift.
If you’ve ever wondered why we do it (or why it can feel the way it does), I’ve shared a bit more here 🤍

The past few sessions have been full, and what I’ve really noticed is not just new faces, but so many of you returning… not just once, but again and again. That means a lot. It tells me you’re not just trying this work, you’re committing to yourselves, and that’s where the real shift happe...

I loved reading through all your responses on my last post 🤍

So many of you said a mix of all three… and honestly understand.

I can be exactly the same depending on what’s going on.

I think sometimes we can be really hard on ourselves for reacting like this…
but when things feel like too much, your body is just trying to get you through it the best way it knows how.

You’re not doing it wrong… it’s just a lot sometimes. 🤍🤍

I'm curious...

When life feels a bit too much, do you tend to:

A) Overthink everything?
B) Shut down a bit?
C) Keep busy and push through?

No right answer 🤍

Most of the patterns we struggle with aren’t random.

They’re learned.

Over time, the body develops ways to protect us,
to avoid rejection, stay connected, feel safe.

But those same patterns can show up later as:

people-pleasing
overthinking
fear of abandonment
self-doubt
holding yourself back

Not because something is wrong with you…
but because something in you adapted.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding the patterns you’ve been carrying,
and creating space to release them.

That’s exactly what we explore in my next 9D Breathwork journey:

5 Primary Trauma Imprints

If you’re ready to understand your patterns and where they began,
this is a powerful place to start.

April 9D breathwork schedule
Here is your invitation to come back to yourself.

These sessions aren’t about “fixing” you.
They’re about creating space to feel, release, and reconnect, in a way that’s real, safe, and deeply human.

Each journey is different.
Each one meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re holding stress, navigating change, or simply feeling the pull for something more… this is your place to land.

🌀 Small group sessions
🌀 Guided 9D breathwork journeys
🌀 A space to let go without judgement

If you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign.

Spots are limited for each session.

This is a real share from someone who joined my 9D Breathwork ‘Grief & Loss’ journey 🤍

Grief doesn’t go away.
But the way it sits in your body can change.

This work isn’t about fixing anything or forcing anything out…
it’s about creating a space where your body feels safe enough to soften, to feel, and to let go of what it’s been holding.

If you’ve been carrying something heavy lately,
you don’t have to do it alone.

This is the moment before a 9D breathwork journey begins.
Before the headphones go on… before the breath begins.

Everyone arrives with something different.

Some people are curious.
Some people are nervous.
Some just want to feel.

In a few minutes the room will go quiet.

Headphones go on.
Bodies lie down.
And the breath begins to guide the journey.

From the outside it might just look like a room full of people lying on the floor.

But inside… every experience is completely different.

Some people release.
Some people rest.
Some people simply reconnect with themselves in a way they haven’t for a long time.

And it all starts right here.

Feeling tired after breathwork is more common than people realise.

It might seem surprising.
After all, you’re “just breathing.”

But during a 9D breathwork session the nervous system often shifts out of sympathetic activation (fight or flight) and into the parasympathetic state (rest and repair).

For many people, this is the first time the body has truly slowed down in a while.

When that happens, the body may begin releasing stored stress and tension.

At the same time, brainwave activity can shift from beta (thinking and alertness) toward alpha and theta, states linked to relaxation and emotional processing.

That shift can sometimes leave the body feeling tired afterwards.

Not because something is wrong.

But because the nervous system is integrating the change.

Hydrate.
Rest.
Let the body settle.

THE FIVE PRIMARY TRAUMA IMPRINTS
9D Breathwork

Many of the emotional patterns we carry in adulthood didn’t begin here.

They often formed much earlier.

This journey explores the five primary emotional imprints that can shape how we move through life:

• separation from love
• abandonment
• rejection
• shame
• absence of love

These early experiences can quietly influence how we trust, how we relate to others, and how safe we feel being ourselves.

Through 9D breathwork and guided awareness, this session creates space for the body to gently access and release what may still be held beneath the surface.

You don’t need to know exactly where these patterns began.

The breath works with the body’s natural intelligence — allowing whatever is ready to move to do so safely and at your own pace.

If you’re ready to explore the roots of these patterns and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety and self-trust, this journey is for you.

This powerful 9D Breathwork journey supports you in moving gently through grief, loss, and emotional holding.

Grief isn’t only the loss of someone.
It can be the loss of a relationship, a version of yourself, a life chapter, or something you thought would be different.

You’ll be guided into a safe inner space where breath, imagery, and sound help soften what feels heavy, release what’s been quietly carried, and reconnect you to love beyond the loss.

There is space here for memories.
For emotion.
For healing at your own pace.

No forcing. No pressure.
Just breath, safety, and somewhere to gently lay it down.
