The newly elected Board will meet in November to begin planning initiatives for the year ahead, building on the Chamber’s strong foundation of collaboration, engagement, and community leadership.

With temperatures soaring today, it’s important to take extra care to protect yourself and those around you. Here are some quick tips to beat the heat:

✅ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water, even if
you’re not thirsty

✅ Avoid outdoor activities during peak heat (10 AM – 4 PM)

✅ Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing

✅ Never leave kids, pets, or anyone in a parked car – even for a minute

✅ Check on elderly neighbors and vulnerable family members

✅ Find shade or air conditioning when possible
