ā€œToningā€ and ā€œsculptingā€ are some of the most overused words in the fitness industry & I’m over it.
Because tbh, they’re almost always marketed to women..

The truth is. ā€œTonedā€ isn’t a special type of training.
It isn’t light weights. It isn’t high reps && there is NO SECERT WORKOUT OR MEAL PLAN.

Being ā€œtonedā€ simply means you have built enough muscle, and reduced enough body fat, for that muscle to be visible. SIMPLE

The same BLOODY fundamentals apply to everyone:
• Progressive resistance training
• Adequate protein
• Consistency
• Sustainable nutrition
• Time and patience
There is no shortcut.

My role as YOUR coach isn’t to sell you buzzwords.
It’s to help you build strength, improve your body composition, and feel confident in your body to be done in a realistic and sustainable way.
