Most women think they’re running out of time. But what they’re really running out of is energy, doing things the way they always have. At Leading Rein, we help capable women who’ve been quietly doing it all often in a state of invisible overwhelm, finally start prioritising themselves- GUILT FREE

Through experiential learning and behavioural insight (with and without horses), we help women uncover what’s really been driving them, so they can lead, live, and work from a place of self-trust and direction, not survival. Our workshops and experiences blend self-leadership, emotional fitness, and identity development for women who are ready to:
✨ Stop running on empty
✨ Build sustainable energy for what’s next
✨ Create a life that feels meaningful, not just full

Programs include:
β€’ Time For You in Tasmaniaβ„’ – a 3-day personal and professional reset for high-functioning women
β€’ Women’s One-Day Workshops – local development and networking experiences
β€’ Team & Culture Development – tailored workplace programs using eDISC and equine-assisted learning

Congratulations to our 2026 AgriFutures Australia Rural Women’s Award winner for Tasmania Amy Vickers! πŸ‘

Amy is based on the east side of Tassie in Gladstone, and she brings 26 years of military service with the Australian Navy into everything she does through her organisation, Well Beyond Service. Programs and events for women and families of defence, emergency services, and volunteer emergency roles. Women who spend their lives in service to others that rarely get that returned.

She incorporates her 5 day camp which includes experiential learning with her pony β€œNafan” and dedicated β€œcowtime” as part of the program, so naturally I’m a fan! 😍

This is what happens when someone takes their lived experience and turns it into something that genuinely serves others.
Meaningful work. Real impact. Deserved recognition.
Amy congratulations.
Tasmania is lucky to have you.

Gavin Pearce your personal story today shared to honour women of rural regions was really touching. Thankyou for being such a hype guy for women in the rural space.

Sarah (1000Hearts) I love your authenticity and integrity. Qualities I value so dearly in connections. The way you Emceed today was exactly what the world needs more of πŸ§‘πŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’›

When your days are full across all fronts, your default settings start running the show. And it’s hard to get a clear read on what’s actually driving you when you’re in the middle of it all.

That’s the whole point of this day.

April 22nd I’m hosting my next one-day workshop and networking day at my rural property, 15 minutes south west of Wynyard.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what drives you, what depletes you, and what you want to do differently from here.

Growth minded women who are ready to reflect and get an honest read on themselves will get the most out of this.

Fully claimable as professional development. Only a handful of spots left for April.

Link below or reach out and I’ll send you the details.

I used to only reach for journalling when I hit a breaking point.

These days I use it differently.
Not to cope in emotional crisis.
But to notice what is quietly building before it becomes one.

Two prompts. Four minutes.
That is the whole practice.

Drop a 🧑 if you are going to give it a go this week.

You’ve said it before. β€œWhen things settle down, that’s when I’ll do it.”

Here’s the thing.
Waiting for the right moment is the pattern.
Different season. Same door.

Swipe to see what’s actually going on and three things you can do about it today.

Do you ever stop and think about why you’re so busy?
And I get it… life IS busy.

But the more I pay attention to this, the more I notice that β€œbusy” can become another role.
And after a while it stops feeling like something you do.
It just becomes who you are.

The tricky bit is that those roles can follow you through each new level and stage in your life too.

I see it with women who are ready for their next chapter.
Building something of their own.
Starting a project that actually matters to them.
Or simply asking themselves what they want the next stage of life to look like.
And without realising it, they recreate the same strategy in a different setting.
Same pattern.
Different outfit.

Sometimes the question isn’t how do I get more done so I can still do it all.
Sometimes it’s:
what am I still performing that don’t actually belong to where I want to go next?

Also…
if you ever see an echidna casually strolling down Sisters Beach like it owns the place, it’s totally the new normal now. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

When uncertainty presents , what is your default mode?
Do you get busy. Go quiet. Need more information. Or just P**F vanish until the feeling passes?

Mine was always over prepare and then disappear. Took me a long time to see it for what it actually was.

I KNOW I am not the only one so do you know yours? Let me knowπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

For a lot of women, being the β€œstrong one” wasn’t something you consciously decided to become.

It was a role that slowly formed over time.

You were capable.
Reliable.
You could figure things out.

So when things needed doing, you did them.

And eventually people started describing you as the backbone.

For a long time that probably worked well.

But there comes a point where the same strengths that built your life start running the show and is not sustainable - Not without consequences. To yourself and what you want next.

Because where youre heading next, doesnt need you to push harder, put up and shut up.

It’needs you to read your patterns better and how to reset when life throws the curveballs.

Curious over here, have you ever been described as β€œthe strong one”?

You call it high standards.

You don’t see yourself as a perfectionist. You just like things done properly.

You care about the details. You notice things other people miss. And it feels easier to do it yourself than deal with the mess later.

But sometimes what looks like high standards is really self-protection in a good outfit.

And the thing that made you look capable can quietly start holding you back.
