🔐 Important NDIS System Update – PRODA Access Ending Soon!

The NDIA is upgrading its security systems to make provider access safer and more reliable.

From 10 November 2025, all NDIS providers and authorised employees must use myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) to log in to NDIS portals — PRODA access will be discontinued after this date.

✅ myID enhances identity verification and security
✅ RAM manages access for authorised staff and users
✅ Once you switch to myID & RAM, you can’t go back to PRODA

🪪 What you need to do:
1️⃣ Create your myID account
2️⃣ Link your business to RAM
3️⃣ Authorise employees in RAM
4️⃣ Employees accept the authorisation request

🔔 Important NDIS Update – “My Provider” Relationships

From 10 November 2025, NDIS is improving how claims are processed for NDIA-managed participants receiving Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching services.

✅ Providers must now have an established “My Provider” relationship with participants to speed up claim approvals.
✅ Without this relationship, claims will go through integrity checks and take up to 10 business days to process.
✅ With a verified “My Provider” relationship, claims can be processed in 2–3 business days.
✅ Participants will receive notifications for any claims made against their plan.

💡 Providers can set up or manage these relationships via the my NDIS Provider Portal under “My Participants.”

This change gives participants more control and transparency over who can make claims from their plan.
