Stress impacts ovulation and hormone rhythms, and yet itโ€™s one of the most overlooked pieces of fertility prep.

Prioritise rest, joy, and simple rituals for example:

A consistent bedtime

A walk in the sunshine

A few minutes of breathwork (Try this: Inhale for 4 โ†’ Hold for 4 โ†’ Exhale for 6). Repeat for a few minutes each day. Your nervous system (and your hormones) will thank you.
