HYROX Melbourne 2025.

Not exactly how I pictured it, but I’m learning that it rarely ever is.

I hit the sled feeling great and ahead of pace. Went to push… and the entire back of the sled lifted off the floor. The front wouldn’t slide at all. I’d seen the videos and heard the stories, but this was my first time experiencing it.

I could barely move the thing.
After spending way too long on the sled push, my legs were absolutely cooked, and that had a ripple effect through the rest of the race.

Every run hurt.
Every station was a grind.
Lunges had me cramping rep after rep.

It was a tough day in the office.

That said, I still walked away with a PB and I’m genuinely stoked about that. It shows the work is paying off. But I also know there’s more there for me.

The support over the weekend was unreal. Having the group there, and seeing The60club community get behind everyone racing was insane. So grateful for that energy, it honestly made a huge difference.

I know the sub 1:10:00 is there.
If the sleds go smoothly, it’s on.

Brisbane will be the one 💪🏽

A busy mum with kids, new to the gym and new to nutrition coaching, and she’s achieved incredible results 🔥

She came from Fitstop and had never followed a structured training plan before. Some weeks she couldn’t get all her workouts or steps in, and some days she couldn’t hit her nutrition targets either, but she still showed up when she could and that’s why she’s made progress.

You don’t need to be perfect, just consistent.

It’s easy to say you’re too busy or that it’s too hard, but what’s worse?

Doing nothing and staying stuck, or showing up when you can and putting your best foot forward for your family 👊

Michelle is a nurse who works long overnight shifts, and that alone makes achieving results so much harder 💪

Shift work throws everything off: your routine, recovery, eating habits and even your hormones. Between the endless snacks in the lunch room, late night cravings, and sleep deprived decisions, it’s a constant battle.

That’s why we focus on communication and problem solving every week. A plan only works if it fits the individual, and for Michelle that changes often.

Despite the challenges, she’s achieved incredible results in such a short time, not because it’s been easy, but because she’s stayed adaptable and consistent 👊

Layton’s journey has been one of pure resilience 👊

We started with a fat loss phase, dropped serious weight, then shifted gears into a muscle-building block.

But it hasn’t been smooth sailing, along the way, he was hit with bulged discs in his neck that pressed on his nerves and caused serious setbacks.

We had to completely change how he trained, adjust volume and intensity, and rebuild smarter week by week.

Through all of it, he never quit. He communicated, trusted the process, and kept showing up, even when the progress felt slow.

Now he’s moving better, lifting stronger, and stacking muscle again. Proof that consistency and patience always win.
