These haikus were lovingly crafted by Susanne, one of the kindest and most dedicated students I've had the privilege of guiding. Each one is a gentle breath... anchoring, observing, letting go.

Writing a haiku isn't easy. It takes presence, clarity, and a quiet kind of artistry. And yet, Susanne has managed to weave wisdom and stillness into each line.

Take 60 seconds today to pause, breathe, and reset.

Your future self will thank you.

Try this:
Close your eyes, take a slow breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4. Do this 3 times and notice the difference.
