Are you someone who wakes up tired and lacking energy? Do you want to feel differently?

Essential oils are a great way to help you feel better! Each oil has so many uses and benefits.

Here is a simple roll-on blend you can try at home if you need a little energy boost in the morning:
🍊 5 drops of orange essential oil
🌿 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
💫 1 drop of rosemary essential oil
Add a carrier oil (coconut oil, jojoba or sweet almond oil) to fill the rest of the bottle and enjoy!

🌿 What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology uses the art of muscle monitoring to identify physical and emotional stressors that could be negatively impacting your health.

Muscle monitoring is simply applying gentle pressure to your arm muscle and feeling for a change. This feedback points us in the direction your body wants us to go and shows where your stress is located. Now we can start clearing!

🌿 Who is Kinesiology for? What conditions do you treat?

Kinesiology works for men, women and children of all ages. We work on any physical, emotional, mental, neurological conditions. This could be anxiety, chronic pain, irregular sleep, fatigue, gut imbalances, hormonal imbalances & fertility and more.

How can it possibly treat all of these things? Well, the answer is quite simple. Pretty much everything stems from your relationship with yourself and stress in your life!

🌿 How many sessions will I need?

Short answer is, it depends. It depends on what you are looking to heal from, and how long it has been going on for you.

I personally like to work with new clients for 5 sessions that are spaced out over time.

Once you are happy with the progress we have made, we can look at incorporating maintenance balances once a month to keep you feeling centred and restored.

🌿 What does a typical session look like?

A typical session for an adult will begin on a massage table (fully clothed) and stressors will be found using muscle monitoring. From there, we may go into counselling, acupressure, energy healing, or use tools such as essential oils or flower essences to clear the stress we find.

A balance can help you to feel more calm, relaxed, revitalised, and centred. Who wouldn't want to experience that?

✨ Let's talk about SLEEP ✨

Establishing a good night time routine is important for good sleep. If you usually wake up throughout the night, your REM sleep may be cut short.

REM sleep is super important for good memory, mental health, hormonal balance, learning and dreaming (dreaming is the brain's way of giving you a summary of past events, sorting through thoughts and things you have learned). Long cycles of REM sleep ensure you wake feeling refreshed.

Here are a few things you can try to get a better night's sleep:
🌸 switch off from technology an hour before bed
🌸 dim the lights 30 minutes before sleep to increase melatonin, the sleep hormone
🌸 journal or write a to-do list before bed to stop excessive overthinking
🌸 keep your bed time consistent
🌸 avoid alcohol: alcohol can contribute to a lack of REM sleep
🌸 use lavender essential oil to calm your nervous system

Welcome to KB Kinesiology; my name is Kaitlin. I am a holistic health practitioner with a background in Anatomy & Human Biology. After completing my diploma in Kinesiology, I learned that the relationship you have with yourself is the key to creating a meaningful life, career and fulfilling relationships.

I love working with women and kids to help find balance in their lives. At times, life can be full of change and uncertainty. When this happens, you may want to turn away from the negative feelings you are experiencing, or you may not even know what you are feeling at all.

When we experience anxiety, suffer from physical pain or imbalances in our body, Kinesiology can help us to feel more whole, centred and connected with our inner self. It is a unique process that uses your own body to identify where your stress is coming from and what you need in order to start healing.

Just like everything in life, creating a better you is a process. But I am here to support you and make that process a little easier.
