🍿 Community Participation & Movie Group 🎬
Because community is where life happens.
Our Movie Group enjoyed a wonderful outing filled with fresh air, food choices, and friendship. From exploring the centre together to settling in for a film, it was a beautiful reminder that participation isn’t just an activity — it’s connection, choice, and belonging in action.
✨ Skills strengthened every outing:
• Social participation & conversation
• Wayfinding and navigating public spaces
• Money and purchasing confidence
• Using public venues safely
• Building friendships and shared routines
💛 A note about access and equity:
As a social enterprise, tickets for our group activities are provided at no cost to participants and not charged to taxpayer-funded NDIS plans.
This helps make community life more accessible, especially for people who might otherwise miss out.
