Circumferential Lipectomy and mastopexy (breast lift)

After having children, this patient underwent a gastric sleeve, and lost approximately 60kg. During her consultation with Dr Cronin, the patient shared her discomfort due to rashes, skin breakdown, and feeling uncomfortable in clothing due to the excess skin.

The patient's concerns included arms, breasts, thighs and abdomen. Dr Cronin and the patient agreed on staging her procedures to ensure best outcomes.

Her first procedure was a circumferential lipectomy and breast lift (mastopexy). She is booked to have her arms and thighs addressed in a second procedure in 6 months' time.

Revision breast augmentation with internal bra and fat grafting

This patient had previously undergone an explant and mastopexy procedure several years ago. She then had and breastfed one child, and has lost a significant amount of weight, leading to deflation of her breasts.

Dr Cronin performed a revision breast augmentation through her existing scars with a round smooth moderate projection Motiva implant of 380cc volume. This implant was selected based on the height and width of the patient's breast, the ni**le height, and the distance from the ni**le to the previous scars.

An internal bra and fat grafting was used during the procedure to create braless cleavage for this patient and enhance upper pole projection. The procedure took 90 minutes and was performed as a day procedure. No drains were required.

Photos are taken 6 weeks post-operatively, at which time the patient was able to return to all of her normal daily activities, including exercise.

Circumferential lipectomy and mastopexy (breast lift)

This lovely patient in her early 30's came to see Dr Cronin with excess skin concerns and ptosis and deflation of the breasts after 60kg's of weight loss.

Dr Cronin performed a combined circumferential lipectomy and bilateral breast lift procedure at Pindara Private Hospital.

The procedure took 6 hours, and the patient remained in hospital for 5 nights.

Explant with capsulectomy and Mastopexy (breast lift)

This patient had pre-pectoral (in front of the muscle) 410cc implants placed 20years ago. She had significant capsular contracture on both sides. She also reported back and neck pain.

Dr Cronin performed a bilateral enbloc explant and capsulectomy, and bilateral breast lift. The procedure took 2 and a half hours, and the patient went home the same day with a small drain on each side.

The drains were removed during her post-operative visit with our nurse 48hours later.

Photos are taken 6weeks post-procedure at which time the patient was able to resume normal daily activities and exercise.

Teardrop/anatomical breast implants 390cc High Profile with fat grafting

This patient came to see Dr Cronin wanting to increase breast volume and enhance breast shape and cleavage planes.

Pre-operatively you can see she has asymmetry in fold position and ni**le height, and wide native cleavage planes. She also has a ni**le position in the lower third of her breast, making her better suited to an anatomical or 'teardrop' implant.

Dr Cronin performed a bilateral breast augmentation for her with medial dual plane, internal bra fixation and fat grafting to the cleavage planes. This procedure took 90 minutes and was performed as a day procedure.
