Special shoutout to , it’s been 1yr since we got working together & my lord has she achieved some things!

It all started here, with a simple goal of burning 5kg of body fat & boosting her energy

Next, the focus was to develop more tone in her legs & glutes! (common outcome for ladies when they lean down is they lose their b***y)

Then the goal was to maintain her strength & muscle while leaning down a little further in prep for an upcoming Bali trip!

Recently, we tried a running goal…. turned out not to be Landa’s thing 😂

But that’s ok, cause you never learn without giving something a go!

And that is the superpower that has made Landa so damn successful at achieving the goals she’s set this year

She’s doesn't let fear hold her back from having a crack and there’s a valuable lesson in that for anyone

If you’re unhappy where you are, make the call, lock in & trust the process. It is absolutely within your control to achieve anything you set your mind to!

This is Simon 👇

When we first started working together, his biggest challenge wasn’t training or nutrition… it was mindset

He used to fall into that classic “all or nothing” trap — where if one thing didn’t go perfectly, everything went out the window

Wanna know one of the biggest reasons people don’t reach their fat loss goals?

They let emotions run the show.

The truth is, emotions can completely cloud judgment.
You have a day where the scale jumps up, or you don’t “feel” like you’re making progress — and suddenly you start second-guessing everything.

You cut calories too hard, skip meals, binge, or throw the towel in altogether

Emotions also drive ppl to use strategies that aren’t best aligned with their goals. They pick strategies based on how they feel, rather than focusing on the science

The fact is, fat loss is a scientific process and following emotions rather than facts will often mislead you

As frustrating as it is when progress isn’t working, getting mad at the process doesn’t serve you

When you’re able to remove emotion from the process and focus on the science, you remove the tendency to get flustered, frustrated and derailed.

Instead, you learn and adapt til you find what works for you

So, if you want to get lean and stay there,
Stop letting emotion dictate your decisions, start thinking like a scientist

Track, assess, adjust — and stay in the game
That’s where the real results come from.

Huge shoutout to for her effort and willingness to try something new!

She has a looong history with fitness. Never had an issue putting in the work

But once she reached her 40’s & perimenopause, she found the things that worked well previously, no longer did

Now, there’s a common misconception that getting in shape during perimenopause is near impossible – She could have settled for this

Instead, she’s proving that couldn’t be further from the truth

At 49, she’s leaned out, built strength, and completely changed how she feels in her body — all through her consistency, willingness to learn new things, and trusting the process

Perimenopause doesn’t have to mean slowing down. With the right plan and the right mindset, results like this are absolutely possible

Jake had a long history of yo yo results. He could go hard and lose the kilos, but keeping it off has always been the challenge

We’ve put a lot of work into teaching him a lifestyle that’ll support long term success, not another quick fix

Things like how to have a night on the beers, how to enjoy eating out, work events, family life — these are some of the important variables you need dialled in ways appropriate to YOU if you’re trying to break the yo yo cycle

Turning around his health & fitness in 2025

If you’re new here, Armando made the call in Feb it was time. After 10yrs of growing his business and putting his health on the backburner, 2025 was the year he stopped putting it off and learned how to prioritise his health

Wanna know the funny thing?

His business has grown exponentially WHILE achieving these results 😂

If you believe that prioritising your health means sacraficing your career/business, family time or other priorities, you are WRONG!

DON’T PUT ALL YOUR FAITH IN THE SCALES!

Huge shoutout to and the work she’s put in to achieve these epic results

The crazy thing — the difference in the scales -2kg!!

Now that sounds a pretty mediocre change but this is why it’s so important to track more than just scale weight

Clearly Sim’s body has changed incredibly! She’s lost a significant amount of fat and reduced the systemic inflammation that was making her look and feel puffy.

Couldn’t be happier for your efforts Sim! Faced a lot of adversity on this journey but always found a way to show up for yourself and adapt when challenges came your way ✊🏽

If you’re on a fat loss journey, plz be aware not everyone will have a dramatic change in scales to have a dramatic change in their body composition, healthy and fitness

18 weeks ago I stopped mucking around.
Gym sessions? ✅. Eating? 🚮. Energy? Meh.
Fast forward — I teamed up with , got a plan that actually fit my carb-loving, KFC-eating, calorie-counting-hating lifestyle 😂.

Still drank, still skipped some sessions, but the difference? I didn’t spiral or restart every Monday. I stayed locked in.

Moral of the story: stop mucking around, back yourself, and watch what happens when you step out of your comfort zone.

Turns out the biggest weight I had to drop was my own excuses 😂

For the work put in the achieve the insane results on show right here 🔥

In just 12wks she’s completely changed her body comp, dropping an incredible amount of body fat while building muscle and getting stronger at the same time

Ari had gastric band surgery 3yrs and dropped a stack of weight but like so many find, after 2-3yrs the band stretches and the effectiveness wears off – and the kilos started to come back on!

She knew it was time to learn about how to nourish herself to perform, get educated on nutrition and set up the habits and lifestyle needed to maintain her results for good

She works FIFO in a high-intensity role, so things needed to be super efficient and effective

So did exactly that.

We used two different nutrition strategies – one when she’s onsite and a different one for when she was home.. Different environments, so the different strategies worked best for her!

We made sure her training was designed for developing the body she wanted

And we focused on engraining healthy habits to ensure the results will last

Combine this with her epic consistency to the process and determination

And the results… well they speak for themselves!
