10 EASY STEPS FOR DAILY SELF LOVE AND MANIFESTING THE BEST POSSIBLE LIFE FOR YOURSELF.
Step 1- wake up put your feet on the floor and say " it's going to be a good day, visualise what a good day will be for you. Repeat " good things are going to happen today.
Step 2- go drink a glass of water really be present drinking that water, imagine it is filling you with a flowing good day. it will energise the body and start the flow of a GOOD DAY ahead.
Step 3- plan your day, your manifestations are a day to day plan to reach those dreams and goals. Think about what you WANT to happen, NOT what you don't want.
Step 4- meditate, clear the mind and create clear intentions. it's so much better then medication lol MEDITATE. It will become a daily practice that you crave and find so much peace in the madness of your mind and doubts.
Step 5-make sure you do one fun thing a day that makes you smile or laugh even if it's at yourself, thinking about something silly or dancing around the house. If you can't think of something to make you smile...Youtube is your friend, look up something hilarious.
Step 6- exercise at least 30mins (take a walk, a bike ride, dance with the kids for half an hour, yoga etc) I push myself even if my mind says no my body mind and emotions love me for it after the fight to do it
Step 7- take 10min breaks during your day, have a small snack and sit under a tree, near a beach or lake, on the grass, wherever you can get outside in the fresh air. But be disciplined and stick to only 10 minutes, more can make that mind start to think negative thoughts
Step 8- read a book ( even just a page) NOT the newspaper it's too negative
Step 9- learn something new to you
Step 10- prayer to give thanks to your day (even if its just that you made it through the day) but find something to be thankful for!
