Semester is almost half way through, which means lots of UQ-based tokinos are heading into assignments time 🤓

The ‘toki @ UQ’ Facebook group is now hopping w/ study group tokis 📚 Join the group now to meet study buddies you can count for assignments 1, 2, 3… and be there for each other (to do games nights etc like these tokinos in the photo 🥰🕹️).

Weekend toki vibes @ Springbrook National Park 🏕️✨

There are so many beautiful places to indulge in nature around Brisbane, and our hiking tokinos made the most out of their uni holidays to explore, explore, explore! 🥾 also love the extra effort they took to have an exquisite bbq session in the middle of the forest 😆🥓🌭

Rock hopping toki @ a hidden gem in Samford Valley just ~ 30 minutes outside of Brisbane CBD ⛰️🍃🥾

It was a bit too nippy for a dip in the water holes, but the waterfall was flowing beautifully and the company was stellar 🥰

At toki, our mission is to make social connection spontaneously accessible, because we believe that social connection is at the heart of our well-being ❤️🧠

This month, we are partnering with to complete The Push-up Challenge to raise awareness of mental health issues and break the stigma around it 💪🏻

A group of 21 tokinos have joined Team toki x HaBS and we will be sharing little moments of social connection across 23 days via smashing out 3,144 push-ups together. The number of push-ups is in acknowledgement of the lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2021.

The toki lounge is now opened from 10am - 3pm on each day (Mon - Fri) of SWOTVAC where UQ students can support each other through their studies 🤩📚

Here’s a list of some goodies you might want to pack to make yourself comfy in the toki lounge. You’re also welcome to just pop in to have lunch w/ others during the toki lounge lunch hour from 12 - 1pm each day 🍔🍣🌯🥪

Doing stuff is fun, but one of our favouritest ways to toki might be to just chill out on the grass w/ some good company 🥰 Here are our Top 3 easy public transport access parks to spend time in around Brisbane🌳🌷🌞

The West End river walk is a classic for both furry and less-furry locals 🚶‍♀️🐕 Having a picnic while enjoying live music @ the River Quay Green in South Bank is one of the most relaxing ways to spend a Sunday afternoon 🎹🎷 And look at those gorgeous fairy lights at Mowbray Park!!! 🧚‍♂️✨
