Let's talk frequency on a Tuesday 🙏💗😻. Today is all about the Sawtooth waveform. This type of waveform is used to stimulate movement and momentum and it can trigger attention, curiosity, or hunting behaviour in cats.

Why? Because the sawtooth has complex harmonics similar to those of common prey for cats, like rodents.

This waveform is suitable when played softly for a short period and when your goal is to encourage movement or curiosity.

If played for too long however it can be overwhelming and irritating so small doses are best.

My world is shattered and my heart is completely broken. My love Nara Bubba has crossed the rainbow bridge.

I am deeply greiving her and am still in shock at her passing. I am grateful for the 8 years we had together and the unconditional love she gave me. She was my hero, my guardian, my soul cat and my true love.

I am shattered and lost without her. I was there to kiss her and hold her when she passed peacfully at 2:15am on Friday morning. So grateful that I could be there with her to say goodbye and comfort her. I am blessed to have had this time and opportunity.

Please send prayers for her in Spirit as she transitions. I hope that when my time comes she will be there to greet me. I honestly don't know how to live without her at this point it is too raw.

Please hold your loved ones a little tighter today and be grateful for every moment together.

Listening to my subliminal affirmations this morning and Cookie jumped on the bed to join me.

Looks like cats like this too.

I believe it is because they perceive it as safe and relaxing and enjoy the soothing frequencies.

Drain the spring water from a can of tuna or salmon into an ice cube tray. Add some water and freeze 🥶

Serve as a treat to spoil your fur baby on these hot summer days.

Sometimes cat parents worry about the alcohol used in flower essences and whether it is safe for cats or even if their cat might get tipsy from taking the essence.

Flower essences contain a minute amount of alcohol which is used as a natural preservative to keep bacteria out. As flower essences are largely water based they are prone to bacterial contamination.

If you are concerned, popping the essence drops into your cat’s water helps to dilute the alcohol and I find it largely dissipates once in the water.

You can also choose alcohol-free bases for your essence blend.

If your cat has specific health needs then either speak to your vet or work with an experienced practitioner like me to craft a blend that caters for your cat’s needs.
