For the majority of my life I played sport, 16 years of that was at a competitive level. Balancing sport and work was stressful on both my mind and body. Massage therapy has help me unwind and de-stress my mind and body, all while playing an important part in aiding post game recovery to ensure my performance as an athlete was at my optimal best. I value the importance of health and wellbeing and am committed to the long-term health of my clients while providing them with short term relief from stress that the body endures from day to day living and physical exercise. I’m a qualified remedial therapist and my services include Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Musculoskeletal Assessments, Trigger Point therapy / Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic massage, Myofascial Release, Injury prevention, movement Screening and much more.
