💛🩵 Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated.
It can be sunshine on your skin, salt in your hair, and a moment to just breathe.

This is your reminder…
slow down, soften, and come back to yourself 🩵💛

Two sides.
The life you’ve been surviving…
and the life you’re ready to feel again.

The path?
Small, consistent steps back to yourself.

Things change when you do x

It’s stepping outside.
Feeling the ground beneath your feet.
Moving your body.
Breathing deeper than you have all week.

Nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.

The rocks, the water, the quiet moments exploring.

Simple.
Grounded.
Alive.

I didn’t know how strong I was until life asked me to be.

I’ve been thinking about how much life can change in a short period of time.

Some seasons ask more of us than we ever imagined we could give. To stretch us in ways never expected.

This is the time to learn and grow and change.

Strength isn’t loud.
It’s the quiet decision to keep going.
To keep showing up.
To keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Even when the path ahead isn’t clear yet.

Along the way, I’ve come back to five simple practices that help me regulate my nervous system and keep moving forward:

Breath
Movement
Gut Health
Ice Baths
Nature

Over the past two years I’ve been navigating many large challenges that most people would struggle to face even one of.

Court battles. Parenting complexities. Financial pressure. Rebuilding life from the ground up.

Many people who know what I’ve been through have said the same thing to me:

“I honestly don’t know how you’ve still standing”

The one thing that has helped me stay grounded through it all is something surprisingly simple… cold water & ice baths.

Science is now beginning to explain why.

Neuroscientists studying regular cold water immersion have found it can reshape part of the brain called the locus coeruleus — the centre responsible for our stress response.

When we enter cold water, the stress system activates strongly but briefly. Over time, this repeated cycle of activation followed by recovery trains the nervous system to respond to stress in a calmer, more regulated way.

Just like muscles grow stronger with progressive training, our stress response can become more resilient.

For me, cold water has become more than a wellness habit.

It’s been a daily reset.
A way to regulate my nervous system.
A reminder that even in the hardest seasons of life, we are capable of adapting and becoming stronger.

Sometimes the most powerful tools for healing are simple.

Cold water.
Breath.
Movement.
Nature.

Small practices that help us become friends with change.

🩵 16 bags of ice! This was my very first ice bath, about two years ago, after building tolerance through daily cold showers and cold-water swims.

ice baths have became the most powerful regulation tool for me. They have changed my life. I no longer react to stress and hard times in panic - instead ice baths have taught me how to stay calm and still during the hardest and most stressful times of my life.

They help physically - however my favourite part is how they have changed me mentally and how they have changed my nervous system.

🩵 My mission is to help people feel safe in their bodies again. It’s not just about a workout - it’s about nervous system regulation through movement, breath, cold water immersion and simple daily practices,

I support strength that comes from safety and resilience built from the inside out.

When your body feels safe, it stops fighting you.
That’s when healing, strength, and clarity emerge 🩵

🩵 Lying on the grass, book open, sun on my skin, I’m reminded that feeling better doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from creating space.

So much of the way we’re taught to “improve ourselves” is rooted in pressure. Fix this. Push harder. Be more disciplined. But real, lasting change doesn’t grow from depletion. It grows from safety. From moments where the body can soften and the mind can settle.

Wellbeing doesn’t need to be complex or overwhelming. It needs to be kind. Repeated. Supportive. And it needs to meet us exactly where we are.

This is the work I keep coming back to — slowing down enough to listen, to reconnect, and to choose change from a place that actually sustains us 🌿

💛 Poke bowls have become our favourite thing to make & eat these school holidays! So much fun because you can change them up so much. Super healthy - they make you feel amazing! This one has black rice, soy chicken, avo, mixed greens, mixed steamed veges, walnuts, almonds, feta, hummus & sauerkraut! 👌🏻

🩵 Middle of nowhere. Salt beneath my feet.
Crossing midlines. Tracing infinity.
The brain remembering how to speak to itself.

A weaving of left and right.
Focus and emotions settling.
The nervous system exhaling.

Just a few minutes to come back to myself.

Shaking out what no longer belongs to me.
Because movement isn’t just fitness —
it’s nervous system care 💛

🥣 Breakfast! Make it nourishing and adventurous!

This golden, immune-loving soup is packed with goodness — turmeric, greens, and tender chicken — then topped with a raw egg yolk for extra nutrients and a silky texture.

đź’› Why the raw yolk?
It’s rich in healthy fats, vitamins, and enzymes that can be sensitive to heat. Adding it to hot broth just before eating warms it gently, keeping all that goodness intact.

And here’s the magic — raw egg yolk is so bioavailable that your body can absorb its nutrients without needing to digest it first, just like breastmilk. That means instant nourishment for your cells.

Perfect for:
✨ Gentle gut support
✨ Boosting protein and healthy fats
✨ A warm, grounding start to the day

Change up your mornings — your gut (and taste buds) will thank you!
