Jump in 🚘😏🪩

We begin 1st of February with Issue 02 of our monthly journey.

The Clearing is a gentle, human-paced daily journey (the kind where you’re allowed to miss a day and come back the next without guilt) 😝

It’s designed to help you release clutter, soften your nervous system, and create real, tangible space for what’s next. This isn’t about adding more to your plate, it’s about intentionally removing… with support.

Inside you’ll find:
🌼 A 28-day guided journey (just 5–10 minutes a day) clearing different corners of your life
🌼 An imperfect-but-accessible recorded meditation
🌼 A monthly intention to anchor into

You can purchase now and print it, or use it digitally. I’ve got mine printed and ready to go 😍

Come join us 🤍
Big love x

A monthly digital workbook to offer breathing space throughout the month has landed in your inbox, beautiful friends. You can also find this at .supported.village online store. It’s something small, simple and intentional while I wait for classes to return. I’ll let you know when I have updates, but for now… I miss you! I hope you had a nourishing festive season and are taking your time to lean into this new year without a sense of urgency, or the need to rush to have it all figured out.

🌼🌼🌼

Issue One: An Invitation to Pause

Rest your busy, brilliant mind and your full heart in 20 pages of stories, reflections, simple practices, a glimmer list, a doodle page (not sure this is a good idea to say on the internet 😂 they’ll probably block me), and more.

Print it out and pour over it, leave it on the bedside and let coffee cup stains circle the cover, carry it in your handbag for when the moment strikes, or reference a digital copy on your phone.

This is a companion to infuse breathing space into your month in simple, bite-sized pockets. Let’s rebel against a world that’s telling us to force, push, and rush. We all unfurl in our own delicate time, and our year will still be full of all kinds of wild and wonderful magic if we move at our own pace. Go gently.

Sending you love this holiday season 🧡 from mine, to yours.

I’m feeling grateful for the simple magic woven throughout this chapter - the hand holds, the snuggles, and the messy, overwhelming moments that beg for my presence. This is where I exercise the lessons from my practice on the mat, and take them out into my life.

I know this time of year can carry a lot for so many different reasons. I hope you’re able to find moments of care for your tender heart, and soak up the glimmers like a sponge. Reach out to the people who know you - they love you and want you to feel held, especially when things are tough.

As for the return of TSV, I’m in a holding pattern as I prepare for a procedure in late January/ early February due to some health challenges. It’s been a huge few weeks with many changes, and I thank you for your understanding and patience. I’ll be back ☺️ and will know more in January

Thank you also for supporting this community all year - both on and off the mat. Thank YOU for reminding me that the world is full of good people too. I deeply appreciate you, and I miss you.

If you need me over the next few weeks, you can catch me on email giancristofarolauren@gmail.com as I’ll be peeling away from socials to welcome a little more simplicity.

Go gently, beautiful friend.
Big love and squishy cuddles to you, always

Didn’t expect that on the bingo card for 2025, so I bought myself $4 discount flowers 😂

Now that our weekly members have been officially notified, I am able to update our online community (in case you were hoping to join in on some playful practices over the holidays).

Unfortunately, due to health circumstances I am having to finish up our Yoga Term a few weeks early, and my work commitments

I want to thank you for your support this year. For every moment you showed up for yourself. For the laughter, the softness, the trust, and the way you’ve let this community become a place to land, laugh, and be held in our humanness. The member messages and emails coming through have honestly overwhelmed me (in the gooey-est ways), and I want to remind you that I had little to do with the changes in your life because… YOU did all that. Yes, you… 😘

While this is not the ending I imagined for our term (I was so excited planning our annual Christmas Yoga celebrations - it’s my jam!) I’m holding onto hope that this quiet pause is simply creating space for brighter beginnings in 2026. Either than or I might stop treating my body like a temple because it’s not working 🤣😆

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your kindness as I navigate the next month or so. I’ll be fine. I’ve rebuilt SO many times before, and I’m not afraid of doing it again (okay, maybe a little bit).

I’m already looking forward to the day we roll out our mats together again (hopefully in Feb), eat snacks, scream into the void when life is mental, and rejoice when things are simply magic!

Squishy cuddles,
L ###

Here is one of my favourite quotes from the year that was. Maybe it lands for you?

“When the old ache arrives, I remind it that we live differently now. We eat, we rest, we ask for help. We do not build altars to what hurt us. We build mornings around sunlight and the sound of our own name said kindly. The ache learns its place, and I learn mine”

Holding deep gratitude for Emma and Jess from and the honour of collaborating on such a tender, powerful event for maternal mental health.

To sit with so many brave women and experience the quiet knowing that our motherhood matters (no matter how it’s shaped) was incredibly moving 🫶🏼

Though our stories differ, a gentle thread of compassion and understanding connected us all.

Thank you to Anna from for creating the perfect space for us to soften, nourish, move, rest, cry and laugh in the face of adversity.

My love goes out to anyone navigating loss and grief of all forms 🤍

*To respect the privacy of the attendees, I haven’t posted any group photos but here are a few images from a special day.

Instagram alerted me while I was filming this reel that it wouldn’t share it to a wider audience because it was too long…

And I guess that’s exactly the point 😅

If you have 3 minutes, I’d love to share it with you.

If your self preservation practices slide this time of year, this is especially for you 🧡

A few weeks ago I sat on this very bench and just listened to the conversations brewing in class as the community were bundled up in blankets sipping tea, swapping recipes, and exchanging real life challenges with one another.

I felt like my heart grew 5 times over as I witnessed the power of gentle, unforced connection. A trust fall that your heart is going to land in the softness of another individual sitting next to you on the mat… even if you’ve never spoken before.

I am so grateful for the amazing community members that grace our pop-up boutique spaces in-and-around the Perth Hills. Thank you for being the embodiment of a kind listening ear, a truthful heart, and a willingness to say “that’s really sh*tty and hard, and it’s allowed to be” without needing to compare, fix, rush, or polish anything.

These are the moments that remind me why I do what I do. The yoga, the breath, the sound… sure, they’re all awesome tools,
but it’s this sense of belonging and grounded human connection that brings it all to life.

It doesn’t have to be loud or obvious. It’s often the most subtle tokens of kindness that have the deepest and longest lasting impact.

So, I guess what I really came here to say is thank you…

Thank you for being here,
for showing up for yourself,
for holding space for one another,
and the quiet ripples of warmth that extend far beyond the mat.

You help weave the tapestry of a community that leads with heart, humility, and humanness. The Supported Village is a modern-day village wrapped in soul. It’s a space to soften the edges so we can do hard things with hope in our hearts.

A practice, always 🫶🏼 on and off the mat.

Another week of pivoting and moving in flow so I can lovingly tend to the needs of my little fam. It’s definitely been a year for it, and my practice has helped to remind me that it’s okay for things to change, for timelines to be rearranged, and to constantly adjust the outcome. Change can be safe too, even if my body is still learning that. So, today is an opportunity for extra grace.

When I get up in my head, these prompts have been helping me:

🤎 What do I need to do? What can I shuffle to tomorrow or later in the week?

🤎 Is there something I’m gripping or resisting that I can gently let go of (for now), knowing that I can come back to it later?

🤎 What would today looked like if I moved with more softness, and less urgency?

🤎 What expectations have I placed on today that are not mine to hold, as my compassion is needed elsewhere?

🤎 What is most important to me? Family. So, this is where I am supposed to be, and I’m going to nurture the heck out of my humans - especially when they need it most.

Sending love to everyone who has been pivoting like crazy, juggling it all, and feeling overwhelmed. I won’t tell you “you’ve got this”… I’ll just say, I’m right here with you. It’s okay to feel all that you are feeling right now. It’s okay to sprinkle moments throughout the day with things you look forward to. It’s okay to walk outside and take a deep breath. It’s okay to put some music on and have a dance party in the living room, or send an email from the pantry if needed. Let’s not shame ourselves in a society that says we can have it all, but hasn’t provided the scaffolding to facilitate it.

Today’s glimmer 🌼 my first EVER daffodil grown from a bulb has opened! Thanks to a dear friend who gifted me bulbs this year.

I can’t believe we’ve been at Flow Stoneville for almost a year, and The Raw Space for almost 3 years!

We’ve overcome so much in that time, and I am so grateful we get to come together in softness - as the world seems to grow noisier, heavier, and busier.

If these experiences have held you in any way, helped you breathe easier, and offered you a place to rest, move and play - I’d be honoured to continue that journey with you in Term 4.

And if you’ve always been curious, land in my DM’s or via email and we can chat about what options might best support you 🤎 who knows?! Maybe your new favourite movement practice awaits?!
