The past couple of years we’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes…

Creating, Refining, Learning & building something that feels true to who we are.
Body & Soul Flow ~ The Natural Co. grew from this simple idea:

"To live more Mindfully" and then to share the things that help us Slow down, Breathe and feel a little more ourselves in the middle of everyday life.

Everything we make or create has a Purpose. Whether it’s a Mindful gift, a Dance Flow - Mindful Movement experience, or something you reach for every day, our hope is that it inspires a moment of presence for you. ✨️

Our natural SunVibe Barrier Balm is one of those creations we’re deeply proud of — handmade from ingredients we trust, something we feel good putting on our own skin and our kids’. Made mindfully, in small batches with all-natural ingredients, intention and care.

We’re all set up and enjoying the morning out here. The boys have their own little side hustle going too, which always brings a smile — they love being part of it.

Yesterday went well, and today’s already feeling like another good one.

Yesterday at the Sale market was honestly such a good day for us. We had so many people stop, chat, ask questions, and share their own stories… it really reminded us why we love doing this. SunVibe Barrier Balm had a great run, heaps of interest in LumiZen Candle Sand, and a few beautiful moments where people instantly “got” what we’re creating. That always hits home.

And now we’re all set up at the Stratford market this morning — fresh table, kids helping, and the vibes are good already. If you’re around town, come say hi. Even if it’s just a wander-through and a yarn, we love it.
