We're back for Aqua Zumba next week!

You can catch one of 4 classes each week spread over 2 centres and we now have an evening class back on the timetable!

Remember to book in for Sunbury! Especially for Friday's class where numbers will be capped at 20! Jump on EARLY to secure your spot!

Why stretch early?

Stretching first thing in the morning wakes up your nervous system and prepares your body gently for the tasks ahead for the day. Your brain will also benefit from an early boost of circulation aiding alertness.

We have an early class at 8am on Fridays. We start with dance-based warmups to wake us up and then move into some beautiful stretches, finishing with mindfulness.

It really is a great way to begin your day with kindness to your body and your emotional wellbeing.
