Let’s Start a Conversation That Could Change a Life 💛
At Bloom we’re proud to support RU OK? Day - a national day of action reminding us all to check in with the people around us. Whether it’s a colleague, friend, or family member, asking “Are you OK?” can make a world of difference!
RU OK? is more than just a question. It’s a movement that encourages us to stay connected, build stronger relationships, and be there for one another - not just today, but EVERY day!
Research shows that people who are regularly asked how they’re doing feel more supported and cared for.
And the best part? You don’t need to be an expert - just someone who cares and is ready and willing to listen!
