Would you like to know how to start healing your inner self.
It’s easy, all you have to do is start here.
Make yourself comfortable then center yourself and cover yourself in white/gold light (unconditional love) then let yourself go to the memory or belief system that you want to heal, immerse yourself in your memory, now be conscious of how you body feels while remembering.
Locate the place in your body that is holding onto the trauma of the memory.
Now breathe deeply into that body part and imagine the memories with a different ending or different understanding. One that makes you feel loved and cared for.
Now breathe deeply again into the new memory you just made and release the old memory and the pain that stayed in your body.
Focus on that body part and thank it for holding all that pain for you and now release it all back to the flow.
Now relax and enjoy the moment reflecting on your inner strength and power.
Be proud of what you’ve just achieved.
