As I am travelling, I had space to spontaneously throw one book in my bag- The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I find I can only read one paragraph at a time, before I need to stare into space to contemplate it. ( Maybe I am slow;) But every time I reread this book, more seeds of realisation plant themselves into my heart 🌱🌱

☀️Morning light medicine ✨
Most mornings, I try to catch the very first sun — it resets my body clock, balances my energy, and feels like greeting the day with quiet reverence 🌞

This morning was extra special… we hiked up to Double Island point and was greeted not just with the sunrise over the ocean, but also the magic of whales moving along the coast 🐋💫

Moments like this remind me why I choose to rise early, connect with nature, and let my body soak up that first golden light.
