Our Little Warriors (Ages 3–6) 💛

This class is where fun and focus come together.

Our youngest students learn the foundations of Jiu-Jitsu through play, movement, and connection; earning stripes not just for technique, but for concentration, focus, following directions, and learning how to be part of a Jiu-Jitsu class.

Each week, they develop body awareness, coordination, and confidence, using their natural movement patterns in more deliberate and skilful ways. It helps them settle under pressure, listen carefully, and shine with a sense of calm pride.

And honestly… they’re the cutest and most joyful class on the mats! These little legends are building the base that will carry them into our 6–12s program with strength, confidence, and heart.

Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone — not just athletes, not just fighters, not just the young. If you love problem-solving, movement, and figuring things out under pressure, you’ll feel right at home here.

At Rolling Fitness, we’re a bunch of misfits in the best way possible — all different shapes, sizes, backgrounds and reasons for showing up. Some of us are in our 40s to 60’s, some in our teens. Some come to get fit, some for confidence, some just to feel like themselves again.

You don’t have to be a certain age, body type, or personality to train. You just have to be willing to show up. Jiu-Jitsu meets you where you’re at — and you make it work for you.

We laugh, we work hard, we learn, and we back each other every step of the way.
