is founded by Tracey Chase, experienced Senior Teacher, Educational Advocate, Home Schooler and Mumma of two extraordinary children with disabilities. to coach, nurture, educate and advocate for children and their families to find their happy space and thrive together as they navigate life with disability. As a passionate educator, Tracey has 13 years experience working in schools with children with diverse abilities. In this role, she worked as a mentor, specialist in gifted education, and as an expert teacher, who was highly interested in children’s behaviour and health. She is familiar with schooling environments, policies and procedures and working collaboratively and is able to guide parents and schools to assist their children with disabilities throughout their educational journey. Tracey brings a unique perspective to coaching, nurturing, educating and advocating as she too is a parent of children with disabilities. She is upfront and honest about her own personal learning journey, part of parenting diverse children. Tracey’s eldest son was diagnosed at 7 with Autism and her youngest son was diagnosed at 6 with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Learning about each of her children, understanding and meeting their individual complex needs and advocating their needs in family and school contexts has taught Tracey that working together with the key stake holders is crucial to children thriving. She brings a wealth of personal knowledge and experiences and is well versed in working with children , families, educators, allied health professionals to maximise children with disabilities opportunities and outcomes.
