Congratulations, Isabella — our Employee of the Month for October! 🎉

Isabella recently embarked on an exciting new journey, moving up north to start a new chapter in her life. Thankfully, she was happy to take her role with her — although, if we’re being honest, we’re the lucky ones!

For the past four years, Isabella has been our incredible Head of Administration, and she has recently taken on the added responsibility of scheduling. We’re so grateful to have someone as dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented as Isabella. She’s always the first to lend a hand, find ways to make things run smoother, and step up whenever she’s needed.

Isabella has grown tremendously — not only in her professional role but also personally, taking on major life changes with grace and strength. Moving 14 hours away from family is no small feat, and yet she continues to shine.

Isabella, we truly are the lucky ones to have you on our team and in our lives. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see all that this next chapter brings. Thank you for being you! 💛

Congratulations Jessie, you’re the contractor of the month for July!

Jessie is part of our Central Queensland Crew; specifically providing supports to Gladstone and Calliope.

Jessie is amazing what she does. She’s thoughtful, kind-hearted and the type of person you need on your team. Her clients look forward to their visits, providing us with the most spectacular feedback.

They tell us she always goes above and beyond to make sure they’re kicking their goals, which is exactly what we want to hear.

She puts 100% effort into everything she does: including back packing all over the world.
She’s a slack-lining queen that hikes and climbs some of the highest mountains just for fun!

Congratulations Stephan, you’re the contractor of the month for June!

Stephan hasn’t been onboard with us for very long, but everyday he proves that he’s here to stay.
As we decide who becomes the contractor of the month; we look for work ethic, motivation, kindness but mainly consistency.
Stephan shows up everytime, no matter what.

Stephan is the textbook definition of joy, constantly pouring his light into others to fill their cup.
He was made for this, always encouraging his clients to better themselves while being a stellar role model for them to be inspired by.

It’s not just his clients that he shows up for, he’s the father of a beautiful little girl who should be so proud to have him as her dad. She will grow up knowing her dad always has her back.

Congratulations Amarli, you’re the contractor of the month for May!

What can we say that hasn’t already been said?
She’s a fast learner, a calm spirit, and a force to be reckoned with.

When we think of a role model support worker to learn from, Amarli comes to mind; constantly upskilling herself in this industry to know how to best support her individual clients and consistently showing up for those who say they wouldn’t accept anyone else as their support worker.

We truly appreciate you Amarli, thank you for being you.
