I do what I do because over the 20+ years I have been doing this work, I ave come to realise that empaths, light workers, crystal children and other sensitives who are here on Earth at this time often face overwhelming energies, emotions and experiences which prolongs suffering and impedes complete incarnation. With essential focus on grounding, I gently guide people into their bodies, help them to re-member their heart centre and bring themselves back into cosmic alignment.
