Off to the land of transformation at High Spirits! Its been 4.5 years since completing my level 4 training and I'm off to level 5.

Needless to say I am so excited to be deepen my practice and look forward to seeing you on the other side!

Kahuna massage has brought me some of the greatest gifts in my life...

It has taught me to love unconditionally
It has taught me to trust my body and work within my limits while knowing how to stretch them
It is taught me that my power and my wisdom come from within
To pause and to listen to this inner knowing

KaHuna has taught me to tune into my intuition and see not only with my eyes but with my hands and my heart

And listen from these places, holding a deep space that allows others to "go there"

It has taught me that there is no time like the present now is the only moment in which we can choose to create change
