Our Men’s Group hit the court at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct last week for a day full of friendly competition, laughter, and teamwork!🙌🔥

Pickleball turned out to be a massive hit, a perfect mix of fun, fitness, and connection. 💪💬 It’s all about mateship, staying active, and sharing good times together, and our crew nailed it!

RLS Support Services encourage and empower participants to make informed decisions and maximise their independence relating to supports being provided to them. We believe being supported to make choices, gives you as an individual a sense of control over your life, in turn further developing and building confidence for you to believe in yourself and your abilities.
