Struggling with memory, attention, learning, or behaviour? You’re not alone.

Many people experience emotional, cognitive, or behavioural challenges that can impact their ability to thrive at school, work, or in daily life. A neuropsychological assessment can help uncover the underlying causes and provide a clear path forward.

At Sure Psychology, our neuropsychologists conduct in-depth assessments that explore brain function and thinking skills — like memory, planning, problem-solving, and attention. These assessments identify your unique strengths and weaknesses, support accurate diagnosis, and guide treatment planning tailored to your needs.

Neuropsychological assessments can benefit those experiencing:

- Learning difficulties (reading, maths, comprehension)

- Attention and concentration issues

- Memory or problem-solving challenges

- Impulsivity, hyperactivity, or organisational difficulties

- Cognitive concerns related to neurological or psychiatric conditions

If you or a loved one could benefit from a neuropsychological assessment, contact our team at Sure Psychology on 07 5476 5386 to book an appointment.

Discover how working with a neuropsychologist can unlock insights into your brain, boost mental performance, and support lasting cognitive and emotional well-being.

Dementia Action Week: 15th - 21st September

Dementia doesn’t just affect the person with the diagnosis — it touches their carers, families, friends, and the wider community.

Sadly, many people living with dementia say that after their diagnosis, friends and even close connections start to drift away, unsure of how to interact or what to say.
This silence can lead to loneliness, isolation, and a growing sense of stigma — when what’s really needed is support, empathy, and connection.

That’s why, during Dementia Action Week 2025, we’re asking everyone to do one simple but powerful thing:
👉 Reach out. Reconnect. Be present.
Because nobody should have to face dementia alone.

Burnout vs. Stress

Knowing the difference can help you get the right support.

Stress = Overload
Short-term, your body is reacting to pressure.

Burnout = Exhaustion
Long-term, unmanaged stress leads to mental and emotional depletion.

For Stress:
- Take short breaks
- Prioritise tasks
- Practice relaxation techniques

For Burnout:
- Longer rest or time off
- Set boundaries
- Seek professional support

You don’t have to do this alone.
Burnout and stress are common, but treatable.
