My heart is on fire as I finalise the last parts of next Saturday. This version of Ripple is elite.

Gosh I’m glad I waited this long because this thing is absolute fire 🔥

We are reorganising old stories to create the most powerful impact The Ripple Effect has ever had.

Men - we need you, just 6 more men who are courageous and willing to lead change in the ways our world most needs. Not for sales but because our whole event hinges on even numbers of men and women, right now there are 6 more women than men. It’s not optional, it’s necessary for those numbers to balance.

I’m gonna post this everywhere I can.

Every single adult person needs to hear every single word of this.

Everyone.

Because it’s not an isolated or single issue, it’s a culture - in the micro and macro.

Something is shifting in the fact that SM gives voices like this the worldwide platform to be heard.

There’s so many systems and spaces that have it upside down. This man and men like him, this voice and this message and voices and messages like this need to be the viewpoint that is not just considered but becomes louder than the others. It affects all of us, directly or indirectly.

This shift that’s really starting to take the stage has been in motion for so long, I’ve felt it in every cell for decades and it’s fuelled more in me that anyone will ever know.

Meet Alex 👋🏼 who will be leading Ripple UNITY ❤️‍🔥

Sometimes you meet people and hope they become a part of your world somehow - that’s what happened in 2022 meeting Alex at Ripple 3.0… I don’t think I would have imagined that he would stand next to me to run our big day just a few years on.

Alex has woven so much strength, wisdom, support and encouragement behind the scenes of Ripple and now, in just 4 weeks time, you all get to see, hear and feel what I do! Let me tell you, you’re in for something special!!

This man has such a heart and passion to support others, he loves the stats and they drive him forward with fire in his belly to facilitate change where it’s needed and where many aren’t willing to look!

He has a profound way of guiding insight - helping people uncover something that was hidden, to bring it to life … he does this in a way I’ve never seen anyone do. Without force or invading your space ; like an awareness ninja 🥷

Our Unity team is truly blessed, as am I, as are you for Alex to be leading our day on the 2nd May ❤️‍🔥

I know in my bones that the support and reciprocity of our connection will bring something to life at Unity that has never been experienced before!

It’s gonna be real, it may be raw in moments and it’s gonna be a whole lot of FUN 🎉

Meet our facilitator Tiahna 👋🏼

The baby of our team- in age but not in wisdom ✨ Tiahna started out behind the camera in our Ripple spaces in 2021 when she was just 15!

Since then she has held space, facilitated and captured moments from behind the lens that bring experiences back to life long after they happen 🤍

Tiahna represents next generation leaders who will blaze new trails with critical thinking, compassion, discernment and boundaries that we can all be inspired by 🙌🏼

T brings a balance of light hearted, youthful joy and the wisdom of an old soul 🫶🏼

She is my daughter yes AND she has earned her place on our UNITY through experience and a level of embodiment that blows our minds ✨

Meet our facilitator Jake 👋🏼

Have you ever met a man that wrestles horses for a living? It takes a pretty strong guy! I’m fortunate to know Jake well enough to know that strength and resilience is not just physical, or reserved for shoeing horses. Jake is a family man with a type of devotion to his partner and daughters that should be bottled!

Since 2023 Jake has graced many Ripple spaces and in each one has shown up to hold space and support every one he comes in contact with… and injected our community with unprecedented laughter and mic drop insights of wisdom.

Through his own remarkable transformation journey Jake leads others with acceptance, compassion and a quiet but unmistakable power.

Meet our facilitator Eden 👋🏼

(Lil personal share) Outside of Ripple- 6-7 years ago Eden and I “should” have been in competition, we both dominated the brow game on the Northern Beaches of Sydney 👑🤭 and we met when we shared a salon space for our beauty business’… rather than see each others biz as a conflict of interest we became instant friends and within days we just ✨knew✨ we would join forces to bring the best to people…little did we know then it would be a much bigger impact than perfect brows and glowing skin!

Fast forward a few years - Eden stepped into our breathwork training while navigating a challenging time in life, she was a natural facilitator and since has trained with us in trauma informed somatics and advanced breathwork and has been a pillar of support at our training retreats and events ever since. In between running her amazing events with partner Jake and being a Mumma 💗

A self proclaimed yapper 😉 Eden loves a chat AND is an extremely gifted intuitive, is unbelievably skilled with energetics and is a deeply passionate practitioner ✨✨✨

It has been her dream since experiencing Ripple 4.0 (a life changing day for her and her family) to put her Ripple T shirt on and facilitate at the BIG ONE!
