A LITTLE SECRET QUESTIONNAIRE FOR YOU TO FILL IN AND THINK ABOUT. (If your looking for change and nothing still hasn't happen this year)

1: What is GOOD about not changing?
(What are the benifits of staying the same)

2: What would be BAD about changing
(If you had to give up habits how would it disrupt up)

3: what would be GOOD about changing
(What would change, what benefits would you get)

4: What BAD things would happen from not changing?
(Look on from 10 years from now and if you keep going how you are how would it be)

Take your time answering these. Ask your higher self to answer the question (when you read the question go "higher self what .....") not your ego or logic head.

Think about it you get up in your house, you jump in your car, go to work sit inside all-day, you then get back in your car and got to the gym, pub or back home and stay inside. how often do you really spend outside?

get proper sunlight on your skin, get dirt under your nails. actually, touch the grass with your bare feet?

When you want answers one of the best things to do is sit quietly and ask your higher self the question. Sit still and listen for the answer.⠀

If you can't sit STILL and you keep distracting yourself, that's the first question you should ask. ⠀

The body talks, meditation helps ⠀

The body is always talking to us, we have just forgotten how to listen to it. It talks to us in so many ways ⠀

If we are sick 🤮 ⠀
If we have digestive problems ⠀
If we have a headache 🥴 ⠀
If we have an injury 🤕⠀
If we have anxiety ⠀
If we have depression ⠀
If we have moods wing ⠀
If we have addiction issues ⠀
looking for external validation ⠀
Our spending habits ⠀

The list goes on. ⠀

Now if you sit in meditation and ask yourself why did this happen, why do I keep get a sore lower back. Then sit and wait and see what answers you get back ⠀

Client: Can you do me a program training 5- 6 days a week (smashing it) ⠀

Me: umm OK why⠀
