One of the most common questions I've been asked is:
What test is best to understand what is going on in my body?

There are hundreds of different tests, stool analysis, hair analysis, hormone testing, DNA testing, thyroid testing plus so much more . and of course the full blood panel recommended by your doctor.

All these tests can be useful, however if we don't know how your cells are performing on the cellular level, any other test is secondary.

That's why I love recommending the Balance Test before any other test.

Balance test is a dry blood analysis test which measures our ratio of 11 fatty acids and the ratio between omega 6 to Omega-3.

The crucial reason for finding our ratio between omega 6:3 is to establish how our the cells are working and if they are capable of absorbing nutrients and excreting waste.

When we have a high amount of omega 6 the cell membrane gets hard and rigid so we cannot absorb nutrients, get enough oxygen, water and excrete waste. The cell simply 'suffocates', loses its ability to work and can't produce energy.

THAT IS WHERE INFLAMMATION STARTS.

To improve our cellular health first we need to understand what our ratio is and then correct it - the Balance Test will show us that.
The correct ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 should be 3:1

I've done a lot of these tests and the ratio can be as high as 38:1, 18:1, and several children that I tested were 21:1 and 19:1.
The symptoms usually are high inflammation in the brain - anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood swings, dementia, irritability, foggy brain.
Other symptoms - arthritis, skin issues, allergies, fibromyalgia, exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, all gut issues.

I simply love this Balance test because it gets to the core of the problem and helps us understand how to correct it.
This test is a dry blood test anyone can do at home and post to a lab in Norway.

I always look for the highest quality of water, food and supplements. 😊
My body is a temple so I make sure to respect it. Many supplements today are synthetic, highly processed and in case of fish oils rancid.

I always knew that omega 3 fatty acids are super important as they help our blood to get less sticky and attach to more oxygen. If we have enough good fats, our cell membranes will be nice and soft to absorb nutrients and to be able to remove waste.
In reality however we are consuming excess of bad fats making that cell membrane hard and inflamed.
Omega 3 fats are available in our food however pure source is difficult to get.
We get flaxseed, chia seed and h**p seeds however they cannot be converted properly to EPA and DHA which are the types of omega 3 crucial for our brain and heart.

So the best source is fatty fish like salmon, sardines, anchovies. The issue is that salmon is farmed so it's quality questionable and sardines taste like cat food. I personally cannot stomach them.
So supplementation is our best option here.
(Unless you love sardines & anchovies).
Balance Oils are the best quality oils that I know of and I love that they are combined with olive oil protecting them from getting rancid. The extraction methods and all the certifications this company has is just brilliant.

My nails are finally growing!! I've tried a million things to improve my nails and they were always soft, splitting and skin around them was peeling. Now after being on the Balance Oil for 4 weeks my nails are finally strong and my cuticles are improving! Yay. I'm so happy 😊 Also I hear from others how much they are enjoying the Balance Oil. We are both seeing great results taking Balance Oil. Here is Armando dancing in the kitchen at 5 am, feeling more energetic, happier and more relaxed. I've noticed less brain fog and less sugar cravings. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for our brain and nervous system to function properly and most of us are not getting enough in our diet. Lots of you would like to know more about the Balance Test to check the ratio of bad to good fats. It's such a great idea to do the test so we know for sure what's happening on a cellular level.
It's proven now that if your ratio is out of balance the Balance Oil can correct that ratio within 120 days.
The analysis is done at the University in Norway, the results are completely anonymous. It provides you with accurate readings of 11 fatty acid levels in your blood.
These fatty acids are essential for our cellular proper function. If they are imbalanced, we get inflammation affecting us on many levels. Actually every disease starts with inflammation so if we can reduce it then we are getting to the root of the problem.
I just got my test back and I was very nicely surprised that it came BALANCED meaning my ratio is correct. I'm still going to continue with the oils as I want to maintain my good health.
Some other examples of my clients are 17:1 and for a child 21:1
The proper balance is 3:1. (3 omega- to 1 Omega-3).

Balance test will determine the ratio of fatty acids 6: omega 3. The correct ratio should be 3:1
In most cases it's much higher, I've seen as high as 23:1. If that ratio is unbalanced, then the cell cannot work properly creating inflammation.
