SUP yoga is not only fun on the water, you'll also strengthen and tone muscles while immersing yourself in nature and the beautiful surroundings. All movements on the board are slow, with gentle encouragement to pay close attention to your every breath and body movement, helping you to develop more balance along with a deeper level of mindfulness and self awareness. We finish off with the amazingly blissful sensation of Savasana (final resting pose) floating on your own little island, gently rocking in the sunshine on the beautiful Maroochy River - you can't help but relax

After 7 incredible years sharing the magic of SUP Yoga with so many beautiful souls, it’s time for me to retire and set off exploring more of Oz 😍
