Last night at yoga I touched upon numerology and the finishing of the 9 year cycle for 2025🔥

2025 is about clarity
Identifying what works in your life and what doesn’t.
It is a year of completing projects, tying up loose ends, decluttering and resolving.
The powerful reset has freed you to take inspired action for 2026.

Next year a new cycle begins and it’s a 1 year = new beginnings, opportunity, freedom,confidence and power.

2026 says know the power you have to shape your circumstances, create the future you desire.
Embrace your confidence and seize the opportunities that come your way.

But lets not rush 🫶

Intergration brings clarity.

Take the last two months of the year to reflect . What Lessons have you learnt and how will this shape the journey ahead.

The choice is to transform or stay the same, and the reality is that life is a constant journey of transformation driven by both internal and external factors. While staying the same may feel safer or more comfortable, true growth often requires making the conscious choice to embrace change, even when it's difficult. The process can be slow and internal, but making small, consistent changes is often the path to significant evolution.

It's a practice that blends the internal awareness of somatic exercises with the deep tissue release of Yin to balance mind and body, creating a sense of calm and presence

November and December can be busy but our yoga practice need not be.

Our last practice together we spent time reflecting on our values and used this as the intention/seed of our practice.

Setting your intention is a way that your practice (actions, words and thoughts) may in some way contribute to the freedom and happiness of all living beings.

When you practice yoga in connection to your spirituality (with heart) you begin to open your ears and soften your heart,
not only in the physical realms but into the inner temple, Your heart🫶
If you spend a lot of your time focused on material aspects of this life you might feel like you are on a constant hamster wheel, rushing and gulping on anything and everything trying to get to the finish line of so called material success.

Achieving a material goal might feel good for a while but it is not permanent .

Getting off the hamster wheel by turning your focus to your heart.

For me a lot of my values rise from a feeling in the heart and i see these as universal truths

Can we come to the practice of yoga as a practice in life.
Can you be present on and off the mat with open ears and a soft heart.

The greatest book you can ever read is the book of your own heart .

What are the teachings of your heart?

Lead by the heart 🫶

What a gift it is to be able to weave the universal truth of the heart into this life . The ripple effect of living from the heart creates waves of peace.

To experience real and lasting transformation with your yoga practice it is necessary to continue off the mat .

When practicing the asana part of yoga the student will make sure that their approach has

🫶Postive attitude to practice
🫶open and steady posture
🫶Tuned inward and listening
🫶Breathing and pausing before next posture.
🫶taking time to understand
🫶Embrace Patience, empathy, exceptance of self
🫶Commitment to endure through seasons of life, the Good times and hard times .
🫶Leaning in when needed
🫶constant awareness
🫶gratitude

When you practice yoga with this awareness the practice becomes more than just exercises. The practice becomes a moving meditation in transformation.

Now the work really begins when we take this way of practicing off the mat.

Taking all of the attributes that have been practiced and use them in your daily life.

If I could offer any advice in this I would say, slow down , slow all the way down.

When we slow down when give ourself space to choose the action required next .

We know when we are walking the talk because the fruits of life will be sweet.

🫶gentleness
🫶self control
🫶faith
🫶peace
🫶 acceptance plus many more

When we practice yoga in this way we feel renewed from the stress and rushing of modern life.
