Instead of just pumping out reps, focus on tempo! Try slowing down—like in this video, where I take 3 seconds on the way down—for better control and results!👉🏾Why? Becaus Controlling your movements through each part of a lift can make you both stronger and sorer. Tempo training also improves form, builds a strong mind-muscle connection, strengthens joints and tendons, and helps prevent injuries.
