π« Healthy Rocky Road Slice π«
A fun, no-bake treat made with wholesome ingredients and a touch of indulgence β perfect for kids and adults alike!
Ingredients
β¨ 2 cups Medjool dates (pitted)
β¨ 1Β½ cups almond meal
β¨ Β½ cup cacao powder
β¨ Β½ cup coconut flour
β¨ ΒΌβΒ½ cup maple syrup (to taste)
β¨ 1Β½ tbsp coconut oil
β¨ Marshmallows (chopped)
β¨ Jelly lollies (chopped)
β¨ Macadamia nuts (roughly chopped)
β¨ Dark or milk chocolate (for melting)
Method
1οΈβ£ Add dates, almond meal, coconut flour, cacao, coconut oil & maple syrup to a food processor.
2οΈβ£ Blend until smooth and sticky (add a little more oil or syrup if too dry).
3οΈβ£ Press mixture into a lined tray and chill.
4οΈβ£ Sprinkle over marshmallows, lollies & nuts.
5οΈβ£ Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top.
6οΈβ£ Refrigerate 1β2 hours.
7οΈβ£ Cut before the chocolate fully sets.
