Not a rush of energy but the slow, steady kind that lasts.

In yogic and Ayurvedic philosophy, ojas is your life force. The refined energy that builds through rest, nourishment, and connection. It’s what keeps your body resilient, your mind clear, and your spirit grounded.

The quiet vibration that lives beneath everything.
The breath before movement.
The stillness that isn’t empty — but full.

On the mat, Spanda is the gentle sway in a held pose, the heartbeat in stillness, the breath moving quietly through you. Off the mat, it’s the rhythm of waves meeting sand, the cool shift in the air, the invisible energy that tells you: you’re alive.

Join us for an evening designed to bring you home to yourself. Through 90 minutes of restorative yoga and live sound, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest — where the body feels safe to soften, the mind begins to settle, and the nervous system has space to regulate. From this place, clarity and calm can gently return. To close the evening, stay for a nourishing sleep elixir tea and treat. A beautiful way to end your week — and begin your weekend with presence.

After what has felt like endless rain, we’re ready for the clarity of winter — crisp mornings, clear skies, and space to reflect. Svadhyaya invites us to move with curiosity, to notice what’s shifting in our bodies and lives, and to meet it with compassion. Asking ourselves: what do I need more of right now?
