Over the weekend I went to a music festival. I was alone for the first 1.5 hours until my friend joined me so I prepared. Talked to paramedics and then felt free to go enjoy myself. It has taken me 3 days to recover, my body was in pain after 7 hours of dancing but I had a blast. Feels so good to feel free!

When I think of what it was like travelling without my Mediscan I feel traumatised. Honestly there were so many situations where I felt so vulnerable and this was by far one of the worst.
